MEET OUR TEAM
SAM TODOROVICH, LGPC
Mental Health Therapist
Education/Background:
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in 2013 from Florida Sate University and a Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2022. I have over five years experience working in outpatient community mental health specifically in elementary schools and early childhood education with children ages 3-12. I work primarily with children, parents and families coping with a wide range of challenges including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, depression, behavioral difficulties and navigating life transitions and adjustments.
Therapy Approach:I am passionate about working with children ages 3-12 and their families! I utilize play therapy techniques and expressive arts in my work with children in order to help them gain skills to self-regulate, communicate thoughts and feelings effectively, improve problem solving skills and increase self-esteem. I believe that working with young children also goes hand in hand with working with the entire family unit. I work closely with parents and value collaboration with schools and other outside providers as I believe that a team approach in supporting children is what helps them to thrive! My goal is to create a safe space where your child and family are free to be themselves as we partner together to meet your goals! Sam is currently under the Supervision of Lindsey Suter, LCSW-C, RPT-S and is working towards her credential as a Registered Play Therapist.
