I work primarily with children, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, grief, family transitions, life adjustments, and managing daily stressors.
Therapy Approach:Being a kid or teen is hard! There are so many expectations and very little is in their control. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and providing a kind and nonjudgmental space that allows each individual client to find their voice.Through this, I work to help clients identify their strengths while using behavioral and experiential approaches to work through difficult experiences and towards their goals. Ibelieve in a holistic approach and work closely with caregivers and families to strengthen relationships and the familial bond. In session, I utilize various techniquesranging from cognitive behavioral therapy to play and art, allowing each client to express themselves in their most natural way.
