Do you accept insurance?
L.E.A.P. Counseling is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance. You will pay directly for your sessions at the time of service, and if requested, paperwork can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company directly for out-of-network reimbursement. Please get in touch with your insurance company for any Out of Network and/or reimbursement-related questions, including:
1. Do I have out-of-network benefits?
2. Do I have a deductible that I need to reach?
3. What percentage do you reimburse for CPT codes 90791, 90837, 90847, and 90846.
How much does therapy cost?
Sessions range from $150-$185 depending on provider.
We accept cash, check, credit, and HSA Cards.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to limited appointment availability and high demand of services, we ask that you provide as much advanced notice as possible if a cancellation or rescheduling of appointment is needed. Notice given with less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation charge.
What if I have an emergency?
Outpatient mental health therapy is not meant to take the place of crisis intervention. If you have a life threatening emergency, please call 911 or go directly to your local hospital. You may also call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline for 24-hour support at 1-800-273-8255.
How does confidentiality work?
At the time of your intake appointment, you will be provided with paperwork that reviews HIPAA privacy rules and regulations, as well as all limits to confidentiality. Please note that we cannot ensure the confidentiality of any form of communication through electronic media, including e-mail and text messaging. Please call with anything confidential in nature.
We also maintain a professional Instagram account as a resource for community members, as well as to connect with other professionals. Following this account does increase your exposure as it is a public account, and therefore we ask that you participate at your own discretion. We reserve the right to delete or limit any activity that we believe may threaten your confidentiality.

L.E.A.P. Counseling will provide you with a written Good Faith Estimate before your first session with your therapist.
